Death of Division

I've decided to start at the very beginning, the fall of Kalisz. There should be at least four players. Now I need to work out the details for the Character and Regiment sheets (Character Sheet [link], Regiment Sheet [link]) and prepare the initial session with the appropriate Mission Sheet [link].
